We use the highly Chemical Resistant Clarified PolyPropylEth-T Jars of the highest quality for our Genesis Heat Set Paints with lined 'grip' caps... We do not use the less resistant clear, brittle polystyrene jars as they have proven to chip and crack during transit and are the type of plastic that can potentially react in a negative fashion to the specialty mediums that make up Genesis Paints. We recommend glass or aluminum palettes for your Genesis Paints and offer them in our ebay store.
Our paints are full-strength and arrive in full jars. If you normally purchase Genesis Paint Jars from some of the other reborn supply retailers... You will find that our standard Genesis paint jars are much larger by comparison in size and paint volume than a few of the other ebay reborn supply retailers' stock-sized Genesis paint jars. |

Thin coats of Genesis Artist Colors are also possible by using the paint straight from the jar. The advantage that Genesis Artist Colors have when working in thin overlapping layers is that you can dry the painting between layers, thus application can go on smoothly without pulling off the pre-painted surface or intermixing with it. In case of regular oil, you would have to wait until the first layer is dry before continuing the painting, which would take time |
