NOT FROM A SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT
The Handy Dandy Andy Beach tool....tin toy...most likely made for play at the beach...all parts are functioning as they should....made around the 1940's or so I am told..This item has a lot of distress as in paint loss and rust...needs a professional cleaning for sure...am also told that the rust can be removed...although not in pristine condition it is displayable and would fill in a gap in your collection until a more suitable one is found
