- $5 -$10 INSURANCE IS REQUIRED. $5 for all items $200 and under / $10 for items $200 or more in final cost.

- Please note that there is a SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT for every shipment whether by FedEx or USPS. We want to know your item arrived to you safely and have added this extra security measure. Since these are high ticket items in relation to other dolls in the market, we cannot permit any mail courrier to leave a product on a doorstep.

- All boxes are in good to perfect condition. Due to shipping, we cannot guarantee if shipping may cause slight imperfections to boxes. We will take extra care in adding packaging padding to ensure all items and boxes are delivered in excellent condition. We recommend overnight shipping for items you need fast.
We do not sell any products that have been opened and played with, in other words - NO USED MERCHANDISE EVER!
- We highly advise to use prudence when purchasing used merchandise. The value of the doll will hold or increase if the doll is maintained in excellent to new condition after received. By buying used, played with merchandise, the doll's condition may not be pristine. For this reason, we do not sell used or pre owned merchandise.
- NONE of the dolls will ever have cut neck strings, silver eye, cut or altered hair, blemishes due to play or maltreatment, holes in the cloth body of the doll, missing eyelashes or any obvious imperfection that clearly indicates the doll is used.
- We take pride in offering only authentic, brand new merchandise. A cut neck string may indicate that the doll has been altered and fixed at the American Girl doll hospital. We do not sell altered dolls.
- Silver eye is a condition sometimes found in older dolls where the eyes become defected.
- No doll will ever have alterations or blemishes in relation to their hair, eyelashes, arms, legs or doll body. Your doll is brand new, so you will always receive a new doll.
- ALL dolls can stand unassisted. Also an indication of the age and poor use of the doll.
- No dolls will have the "X" mark indicating that it has either been returned or is a lower quality doll or sold at the American Girl outlet.
- All dolls will be packaged in their original boxes, with additional padding surrounding your item in a sturdy shipping box.
- We take every effort to ship your brand new dolls in sturdy boxes with additional padding and fillers to make sure your item arrives in excellent condition. Our packages are professionally packaged by FedEx even if shipped USPS. We cannot be held responsible for damages caused by mail couriers or if mishandled upon opening the package.
