We accept returns.
- If your merchandise arrives broken or damaged, contact us immediately so that we can file a claim with UPS. UPS will pick up the return package, which must be made in original box with original packaging. You will receive a replacement at no expense. If no replacement is available, you will receive a refund of your purchase.
- If you find your merchandise to be defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. You will be given a return authorization number, and a prepaid shipping label will be mailed to you. Send back ONLY the part that is defective. After the defective part is inspected, a replacement part will be sent to you at no expense.

Q: How can we pick the right bounce house for our family?
A: When shopping for a bounce house, you will want to check out the specifications (weight limit, materials) and features of our different models. All of our products have the finest quality design, material and workmanship , beware of any cheap imitations of Bounceland products from fly-by-night companies. Q: We heard some minor hissing sounds from the seams, is this normal?
A: It is quite normal. All inflatable bouncers on the market are sewn by heavy thread but not completely sealed. With a continuious blower, air needs to be able to escape.
Q: Can adults go in and jump with the kids?
A: The manufacturer suggests a maximum weight at one time of 500 lbs, and a maximum for individual of 100 lbs. However, we do have feedback from customers who have gone in and carefully jumped with their kids with no problems. The quality of our bouncers make it possible for the manufacturer’s recommendations to be stretched a bit.
Q: How can you offer such a low price?
A: As our business has grown, we have reduced much of our overhead, which allows us to offer the lowest price to our customers. Our bouncers are the best deal you can find on the market.
Q: Can we use your bouncers for rental?
A: Our bouncers are not made with the commercial material that a $2,000 rental bouncer is made of. However, we have heard from many of our customers who have successfuly used them for rental, a testament to their quality.
Q: Is the bouncer repairable?
A: Yes, a repair kit and instructions are included in each package. Our bouncer can be repaired by patching or sewing it.
Q: Do you ship to Hawaii?
A: We would be happy to get you a shipping quote to Hawaii or Alaska. However, we have found that shipping these heavy items outside the continental U.S. is expensive to the point of being unreasonable.. |
